Conquerix had a strong but complex value proposition, multiple audiences, and misalignment between marketing and sales.

The challenge was to turn that into clear, compelling, and commercially effective messaging

  • Clarify positioning and social media tone & style.

  • Tailor messaging to each audience.

  • Create content that supported both inbound interest and sales conversations.

  • Ensure marketing and sales spoke the same language.

To improve the performance of creative and messaging work, I focused on:

  • Defining clear pain points, decision-makers, and ROI drivers. This would help me to create relevant content.

  • Shifting messaging from “learning English” to performance, authority, and business impact.

  • Structuring content around real use cases: meetings, negotiations, reporting, leadership presence.

  • Prioritizing clarity and relevance over volume or generic content.

I supported and executed the go-to-market strategy through:
