The Challenge
Conquerix offers high-value English performance programs for professionals and companies, but faced a common early-stage challenge:
A strong product with complex value that was hard to communicate quickly
Multiple potential audiences with different pains and buying motivations
The need to align marketing messaging with sales conversations
The key challenge was turning expertise into clear, compelling, and commercial communication.
The Goals
Clarify positioning and social media tone & style.
Tailor messaging to each audience.
Create content that supported both inbound interest and sales conversations.
Ensure marketing and sales spoke the same language.
Strategy & Key Decisions
To improve the performance of creative and messaging work, I focused on:
Defining clear pain points, decision-makers, and ROI drivers. This would help me to create relevant content.
Shifting messaging from “learning English” to performance, authority, and business impact.
Structuring content around real use cases: meetings, negotiations, reporting, leadership presence.
Prioritizing clarity and relevance over volume or generic content.
Execution
