The Challenge
Conquerix had a strong but complex value proposition, multiple audiences, and misalignment between marketing and sales.
The challenge was to turn that into clear, compelling, and commercially effective messaging

Clarify positioning and social media tone & style.
Tailor messaging to each audience.
Create content that supported both inbound interest and sales conversations.
Ensure marketing and sales spoke the same language.
Strategy & Key Decisions
To improve the performance of creative and messaging work, I focused on:
Defining clear pain points, decision-makers, and ROI drivers. This would help me to create relevant content.
Shifting messaging from “learning English” to performance, authority, and business impact.
Structuring content around real use cases: meetings, negotiations, reporting, leadership presence.
Prioritizing clarity and relevance over volume or generic content.
Execution
I supported and executed the go-to-market strategy through:
Development of website messaging and positioning.
Creation of LinkedIn content aligned with customer pain points.
