My creative process & strategy

  1. The Challenge

Reformame was entering the Spanish market with no prior digital presence in a highly competitive and visual category.


The challenge was to:

  • Build brand awareness from scratch.

  • Create trust in a high-consideration service.

  • Prove that creative content could drive measurable performance.

Establish a clear and premium brand presence on social media

  • Grow an engaged community

  • Validate creative formats that could later support paid media and lead generation

  1. Strategy & Key Decisions

To ensure creative work delivered impact, I made a set of clear strategic decisions:

  • Prioritized short-form video and before/after transformations to showcase real results

  • Combined inspirational visuals with educational content explaining the renovation process

  • Defined a brand tone that felt premium, transparent, and approachable

  • Used performance data to continuously refine formats, topics, and cadence

I led the execution end-to-end across social platforms:

  • Content planning and editorial calendar

  • Creative direction for visuals and videos

  • Caption writing and storytelling

  • Performance monitoring and iterative optimization
