The Challenge
Reformame entered the Spanish market with no digital presence in a highly competitive space.
The challenge was to launch the marketing strategy and build brand awareness, create trust in a high-consideration service, and show that creative content could drive real results.
The Goal
Build a strong and premium brand presence on social media, grow an engaged community, and test creative formats to support future paid campaigns and lead generation.
Strategy & Key Decisions
To drive impact, I focused on short-form video and before/after content, combined inspiration with education, defined a premium yet approachable tone, and used performance data to continuously refine content and formats.
